"Doodle for Hunger" is a fun and exciting auction of signed original works of art by artist, entertainment, sports, political, and business celebrities. Our Doodle for Hunger VI was held in the Crystal Room at Tavern on the Green in New York City on Thursday, October 27th , 2005.

   The Capuchin Food Pantries and Tavern on the Green hosted a sumptuous buffet cocktail party, Doodle preview, and silent auction followed by the live auction. 2005's "Doodle for Hunger" Celebrity Art Auction was in honor of the Cast of Law & Order and was dedicated to our dear friend and faithful Doodler, Jerry Orbach (on right). Artist of the Year, Bill Gallo of the New York Daily News was be presented with the Francis Award, "In the Spirit of St. Francis" .
